* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Carquinez Strait and Delta, Central Sacramento Valley,
Northern San Joaquin Valley, and Southern Sacramento Valley.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous
during the evening commute and the Saturday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dangerous driving conditions with
visibilities lower than 500 feet at times.
