Wind southwest 25 to 35 knots becoming southwest 30 to 40 late this afternoon except variable 10 to 20 over northwestern sections. Wind becoming west 25 to 35 late this evening then diminishing to west 15 to 25 late overnight. Wind diminishing to northwest 10 to 15 Friday morning.

Showers ending near noon Friday. Risk of thunderstorms this morning.

Issued 4:00 AM PDT 26 March 2026 Today Tonight and Friday At 4:00 a.m. PDT today low located over northern Bowie.
By 2:30 a.m. PDT Friday weakening cold front from low located from
the Central Coast to Explorer.

At 4:00 a.m. PDT today ridge located southwest of Explorer.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT Friday quasi-stationary ridge located over southern
Vancouver Island.

At 4:30 p.m. PDT Friday quasi-stationary low located north of Bowie.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 4:04 AM PDT 26 March 2026 A broad low over Northern Bowie will slowly weaken as it drifts
northeastward into the Alaskan Panhandle by this evening. Gale force
southwesterly winds will persist over central and northern waters
through this evening.

On Friday a weak ridge establishes over Southern Vancouver Island
leading to light winds, while a small low just north of Bowie will
give gale force winds in its vicinity.
