At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight ridge located west of Bowie.
By 5:00 p.m. PDT Tuesday ridge located on a line northeast-southwest
over northern Explorer.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 9:20 PM PDT 25 May 2026 A ridge of high pressure will build in the wake of a departing low
producing gale to storm force northwesterly winds over the offshore
waters and west coast Haida Gwaii tonight.
As the ridge moves eastward, strong to gale force northwesterly winds
will develop over west coast Vancouver Island and Southern Explorer
on Tuesday afternoon.
